Additional Booking Color

You can now assign a second booking color to individual clients. A client with an additional color can see and book group appointment slots for both their primary color and their additional color. Their identity remains unchanged — the additional color affects booking access only.

To assign an additional color: open the client's profile and select an additional color from the staff dashboard.

Bug Fix — Resource Availability Display

Fixed an issue where a resource marked as unavailable on a specific day was incorrectly shown as available in the calendar. This affected staff-facing calendar display only; no booking data was affected.

Bug Fix — Same-Day Booking Cutoff

Fixed an issue where a client could book a same-day appointment after the cutoff time if the booking page had been left open from before the cutoff. Booking is now validated server-side, so submissions outside the allowed window are rejected regardless of when the page was loaded.

Monthly Attendance Reports

Added a Reports page for tracking past attendance. Staff can view total appointments booked, unique clients, and per-client appointment counts for a selected period. Quick filters for This Month, Last Month, This Year, and All-Time are available. A Client Records page shows all-time appointment history per client.

Past Appointments & Date Labels

Clients can now view their past appointments (most recent 50). Appointment dates are prefixed with Today, Tomorrow, or Yesterday for quick reference.

Staff Management & Role-Based Access

Added Owner, Admin, and Member roles. Owners and Admins can invite new staff by email. Invited staff receive a secure one-time link to set their name and password. Pending invites can be deleted. Deletion permissions follow role hierarchy.

Staff can now select multiple resources when creating or editing blocked time, set exact start and end times, and update the color of existing blocked time events.

Unavailable days are now hidden on the staff calendar. Clients can book new group appointments in blank slots as well as join existing group appointments of the same color. Added support for resource-specific day availability.
